Clover Club

Clover Club | This pretty little cocktail is named after a men’s club in Philadelphia. The first printed recipe appeared in 1917 and included French vermouth instead of lemon juice and simple syrup. I don’t love the taste of French vermouth (kinda bitter for me…) so I’m liking this updated version better. #ahastycocktail

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz @tanquerayusa Malacca
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .75 oz lemon juice
- A splash of grenadine to taste
- 1 egg white

DIRECTIONS:
My favorite kind of recipe: shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Shake like you really mean it…you have to emulsify that egg.
