Gin Gimlet

Gin Gimlet | I’m in Kansas City for a few days this week so I thought I’d highlight one of my favorite KC products: @toms_town gin. I chose a spirit-forward cocktail, the gimlet, to really highlight the gin. Despite being strong, it is smooth and delicious. #ahastycocktail

INGREDIENTS:
- 4oz @toms_town gin
- 1oz lime juice
- 1oz simple syrup
- Rosemary for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Combine gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake like you mean it. Strain into your favorite cocktail glass. Slap a sprig of rosemary between your hands and place on top for garnish. I think just the scent of rosemary is the perfect touch to this cocktail.
