Book Review - Behind Closed Doors by B.A. Paris
This book was creepy and I'm glad I'm done with it.
It was, however, a good reminder that things are not always as perfect as they seem. In a world where individuals can curate the seemingly perfect life on Facebook and Instagram, sometimes we forget that no one has a perfect life no matter how things might appear. Jack and Grace are that perfect couple - they throw lavish dinner parties, cook extravagant meals, but Grace never appears to gain an ounce of fat. Their home is perfectly decorated but a closer look reveals bars on the window of one bedroom and fortress-like security. Grace is a gracious hostess and fun to be around but never answers the phone when her friends call and often cancels on their plans.
Do Jack and Grace really have the perfect life?
