Happy Holidays
Happy Holidays, friends
Wherever this message finds you today—curled up with a new book, watching the snow fall (or wishing it would!), traveling to see loved ones, or soaking in a quiet moment just for yourself—I’m sending you so much warmth and gratitude.
This year has been full of stories for me: ones I’ve read, ones I’ve shared with you here on the blog, and ones I’ve been lucky enough to live in real life with my family, friends, and this wonderful community of readers. Thank you for every comment, click, recommendation, bookish chat, and tiny moment of connection. It all adds up, and I don’t take a bit of it for granted.
My wish for you this holiday season:
A stack of books you’re genuinely excited to read
At least one perfectly cozy, unhurried afternoon
Laughter that makes your cheeks hurt
And the feeling of being seen, loved, and appreciated—because you are
I’ll be back soon with more book recommendations, literary adventures, and projects I can’t wait to share with you in the new year. Until then, I hope you find a little magic in these last days of December.
From my family to yours:
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, and may the stories ahead be bright.
— Ashley
