Favorite place to read a book: In bed. I used to enjoy reading by a pool or at the beach, but now that I primarily read e-books it's easier to do indoors.
Book character I’d like to be stuck in an elevator with: Jeeves, from P.G. Wodehouse's series of novels. Jeeves frequently quotes classic literature and has a maxim for every occasion. He is the dim-witted Bertie Wooster's valet, and if he can extricate Wooster from a variety of sticky situations surely he can get me out of the elevator, having taught me an important life lesson in the meantime.

The moment I knew I wanted to become an author: I can't really remember a "moment." I do know that I've been writing since childhood, and I wrote a historical romance in seventh grade that was around 70 handwritten pages. An eighth-grader read it and volunteered to be my agent so I know it had to be good.
Hardback, paperback, ebook or audiobook: eBook. I'm way into instant gratification.
The last book I read: I'm re-reading Austen's Emma and just finished Persuasion, but the last contemporary novel I read was The Cactus by Sarah Haywood.

If I wasn’t an author, I’d be a: Film Editor. (I already do this job mentally whenever I'm watching a movie.)
Favorite decade in fashion history: Audrey Hepburn. Kidding. I like the fifties.
Place I’d most like to travel: Anywhere! I'm so tired of being under quarantine. Tuscany was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and I'd like to go back.
My signature drink: Elderflower Martini
Favorite artist: Recently I've been enjoying Vittorio Reggianini.
Number one on my bucket list: Being on set in Ireland when MR. MALCOLM'S LIST (the feature film) is shot.
